Customer for 3 yrs, paying highest ever. Please help.

Hi, Looks like my promotion period ended and my bill sky rocketed from 60s to 90s in a span of 2 months. I really cannot afford this much and all I use is internet. I was asking them if I can get just the basic internet package as I really have no time to watch TV or HBO kind of additional packages. I still paid the broadcast TV fee that i was not using all this while.

 

Can someone please help me in this regard.

Anyhelp is much appreciated.

Hi, yes.. I called the second time and got in touch with an agent and he helped me with a plan.Not sure why the first one said nothing available. Thanks a lot.
