My monthly service recently was increased by $20. I called and asked about my options about lowering my monthly bill/ plan and the rep was very unhelpful. I told him what I needed the MOST was to keep my current internet speed and was less concerned about cable. He comes back on and says he can change my plan to CUT MY INTERNET SPEED IN HALF and also my channel line up in half for $20 less per month. So...not only did he completely ignore my needs, the offer he gave me was completely ridiculous since I'd be losing half of my services for the same amount I've been paying all along. When I said that I had told him my internet speed was the MOST important and you're going to cut it in half, he responded "you want a lower bill your services will be cut". He didn't even offer ANY other options. If this isn't a complete blantant disregard for customer needs and satisfaction, I don't know what is!!! Completely disgusting!!!
