Customer Service Retention Program

HI,

 

I tried two different representatives today to lower my monthly bills and its very frusrating that they wont allow me to get the online price.  Been for comcast for 14 years now and I have two accounts plus my business account.  I will cancel my two accounts today and will switch to a different provider.
