Customer Retention

My Comcast Xfinity bill just increased from $197/month to $228/month = +16% increase.  This is not due to any service increase, just a 'discount' that ended.  When I look at the pricing for new customers it's basically my old rate.  Doesn't Comcast care about customer retention????  Anyone with suggestions on how to get my rate back to where it was...would be much appreciated.  Otherwize I will have to move to a competitor.  Thanks for listening.

Hello WPN, I can look into some deals in your area that will fit your needs. Can you please send me a private message with your full name, street address, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me"?
