Customer Retention

I've been a Comcast customer for over 7 years and am now stuck with phone service and modem service I don't need and a bill that's much higher than seems competitive, especially since FiOS is not available at my address.  When calling in, I'm only told that any changes to my account will lead to a higher bill since "I'm already being given several discounts".


I'd like to chat with someone else who might be able to do something to see if they are willing to try and keep my business, or I'll be forced  to move to DSL for a six months to re-sign up with Comcast as a new customer in order to take advantage of the latest promos that don't seem to apply to loyal customers.
