Customer Retention

Wife and I have been customers for years but with the high price we pay for internet service has gotten higher than we can afford , we have started looking for other options ,I would rather not switch but I am now forced to consider the impact on my monthly budget. I keep hearing others talk about how much lower their internet bill is , So why can you offer loyal customers a better rate ????
