Customer Retention Number?

Hi, my rates recently went up and I am not sure as to why. I was wondering if I should stay with Xfinity or move on to another service. I see there are cheaper alternatives but I would like to weigh my options just so I don’t have to deal with everything that comes with switching services.

Please help!
