Is there a quicker way of contacting the retention department vs. calling the main number and being stuck on the phone with them for an hour without solving anything?

 

I have been a loyal and long time customer with xfinity, however, recently I have been frustrated with the "customer service" department in their response to my inquiry to help adjust my monthly billing. My bill increased last year and it has continued to increase again just this past month. I was looking to see what packages may be similar to what I had and at a better price.  I'm asking the same of the "other" provider in our area.  I just can't see paying $30 more each month for this.

 

Please advise. Any help is really appreciated. Thank you.
