Customer Retention / Loyalty Department Help Please!

Hi,

 

I feel that I am kinda getting the run around. I know my promotional pricing is going up, and I want to see what my options are for keeping my bill within my budget. I have called twice and used the online chat tool, but nobody has been able to help what so ever. One call and one chat were completely useless, because the representatives could not understand me and I could not understand them. You would think that using an online chat tool would help with the language barrier, but it didn't. The last representative I spoke too told me she could get my internet for $92 a month, but my bill is only $50 right now. That is almost double the amount. Can I please get some help from somebody that understands that I have a budget, and I just want to see what my options are. I'm ready to look for a different provider if I keep going through this stuff! I have attached a file with the transcript from the online chat. The representative had no idea what was going on!

Can someone please help? I keep getting the same run around when I try to call and speak to someone that understands that I'm on a budget. I am ready to cancel my services if they will not work with me!
