Customer Loyalty

My contract has expired and went in to see about a better package a store location but kept getting upsold on services I dont need or want. I am trying to see if anybody can point me to the "Customer Loyalty" rep. Have been a customer for a long time and was told to get in contact with "Customer Loyalty" from this forum.  I keep seeing plenty of promotions that will save me almost 50% off my new bill, both from Xfinity and competitors (Dish and DirecTV). Any help would be appreciated.
