Customer Loyalty and retention

I have been a Comcast customer off and on for over 20 years.

My bill is running over $300 per monthe with all taxes and fees.

I know Comcast offers great pricing to new customers but it is near impossible to get this for existing customers.

 

I need to cut my bill significantly or i will be forced to try other options.

Particularly interested in the X1 Preferred Double play currently offered to new customers for 114.99

 

Is there a way to talk to the right person without going through all of those phone prompts and talking to multiple people who cant or waont help with this issue.

I am in this exact same boat, and am paying close to $250/month. I would love to chat with someone from Comcast about options to lower my bill.
