Current billing statement

We are set up for paperless billing and automatics payments each month. How do I view a bill? I tried online and it says, not authorized...yet, It's my credit card that gets dinged each month. Please advise.

To view statements online you need to log in using the Primary userid, or a Secondary userid with billing access. To check, see


After you enter the requested information, the page will tell you the userids on your account and indicate which one is Primary.

Then log in to "My Account", click the "Billing & Payments" tab, and scroll down the page to "Past bills". Select the bill date you want to see and click it. More details at
