It is exhausting to spend hours on the phone fighting for a credit.  I was being charged for a box that I never had.  I've been promised credit but in order to actually get that credit you have to call EVERY DAY.   This is a horrible way to do business.

Why am I promised a credit joan;7 for $93.83 but call the next day and credit is only being processed for $5.77 

Now I've been on phone all morning w/Rod ayz who assures me he got approval for balance of $88.06

I'll have to wait 48 hours to see if this actually happens

Why can't I be connected to a supervisor?
