Credit Pull on Equifax

Hello, I ordered my Equifax file and found there is a hard credit pull on my file from Comcast without authorization.  I clearly remember when I ordered service from the store, the customer rep telling me if I did not have any outstanding balance from beforehand, they will not do a credit check and I would not need a deposit.  Now I find there is two hard inquiries from last year.  Is there any way to remove these inquiries?
