Cost Increase

My husband and I have been long time customers of Comcast, and have watched our internet and cable bundle increase in cost over the years to the point at which they've doubled. I've tried to talk to a rep to see if there is anything else being offered to cut our costs, as it's really getting tight and we only really need internet, but there has been no decent alternative offered to us. Now, we see that the same Internet Pro Plus with Showtime which we have now for $110+ is being offered to new customers for 1/2 the price at $54.99. I just don't think it makes sense to offer such a great deal to new customers and leave solid, long-time paying customers out in the dark on your promotions. Disappointed.

We offer an introductory rate for the first 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years depending upon the offer. After the introductory period offer expires, the price does go to what we call Everyday Price or regular rate.
