Corporate office escalation team - Bait and Switch

I am a long time Comcast customer (since early 90's). My 3-year promo period for the Triple Play package ended recently. (Went from $179.98 to $210.22). A couple of days ago, I emailed Comcast ECare to see what promos were available as I cannot afford $210 each month and even $179 was pushing things. After being offered the Double Play package at $190.07 (including the DVR and all other equipment) by a rep, I thought about it for a day and reluctantly agreed to it although I felt this was still high. I messaged this person back and was contacted by another rep stating the person I was dealing with "Daniel" was out of the office. She "Annette" informed me that the offer Daniel provided was no longer available! She went on to quote me the X1 PREMIER DOUBLE PLAY package at $200.46 per month! This is a difference of $124.68 a year! I feel this is a bait & switch tactic and do not appriciate it.
