I have been a Comcast costomer for years and I as of recent I have been very unsatisfied with the service. My bill keeps going up higher and higher each month. I keep getting two different bill that give me two different amounts that have to be paid, the dates are never the same on when it is due and I have been told several different dates by Comcast employees, I am also paying for services I don’t even receive and paid for HBO for about 7 years and never was able to get those channels. Also every employee except for a handful have been very rude and will not work with me on a deal since they have been informed several times that I am on a very fixed income. If I was able to switch my services I would have been able to. I would like some kind of help if anything can be done.
