Copy of transcipts

I had some past chat conversations and would like to have copies printed for my records. Usually companies email the chats...nothing from Xfinity. Anyone have success retrieving?

Hello savymom, we cannot send out chat transcripts. To obtain these transcripts please follow the steps listed below:

 

  1. Click Options at the bottom of the Live Chat window. A menu will appear that includes Email Transcript.
  2. Click Email Transcript.
  3. Enter your email address, then click Send.
