Contractor Damager-Apartment Complex

To Whom This May Concern,

I am writing this to report a contractor in the Memphis, TN market. I am not an account holder, and is a former (in-house) technician with you guys. Technician improperly ran line on ground and drilled through apartment without the apartment complexes consent OR knowledge. That practice is strictly prohibited in this market. Furthermore, there have been other incidents where techs have left off the lockbox cover (the metal box on the sides of each building for Comcast/Xfinity service). The work was done by TriWire Engineering Solutions, which many customers complain about mainly because the techs are very unprofessional, amongst many other things. It's so bad, some customers won't even allow such techs on their property, let alone inside their house. Would like to escalate this matter to whomever runs the contractors in the Big South Region.
