Contract has expired , need a lower rate or will have to cancel tv service

My 2 year contract is up and I can't afford $160.00 per month. I have high speed internet and digital starter. My budget will allow $100-125.00 per month. If you have nothing to offer I will have to look at other options or go with internet only.
