Contract expired - new contract available?

I am a long time customer (20+ years) and my 2 year contract recently expired.  I checked online and called Customer Service to see if I could renew my contract or get a similar contract, but Customer Service could not help me. Is there any possibility of getting help with my account.  I would think there should be a program to support long term loyalty.
