Contract expired and rate increase

I am a triple play customer with home security. I called to see if I could get on a new contract better rate since my bill went up over 10 percent and nothing is available. I was thinking of changing my cell phone to Comcast from Verizon. We get hooked in and get a large rate increase. My next step is to gut my triple play. Very frustrating.
