I need a member of Executive Support to contact me immediately. My internet pricing is to be $49.99 through Feb 2018. I just paid a bill of $76.95. This is the third time that contract pricing that was promised to me has fallen off my account prior to the promised end date. I have sent a PM to Customer Care. I need this issue resolved.
