Contract End date?

I believe our contract is ending soon. I don’t see the date on our bill. I’m assuming its 24 months from service start? We like the service but can’t pay an increase and Centurylink is offering the same services in our area with a lifetime price lock.

Go to "My Account".  There should be a link to it on the top right of this page. You might need to sign in again.

 

Then, click on "Settings".  Scroll down to the bottom, where it will say "Legal Agreements & Contract".  If you're under a contract, it should be there.
