Hi,

 

A chat representative recommended to me to contact ComcastMax via a private message, but that feature is disabled to new forum members. That chat representative indicated ComcastMax may be able to assist with my issue.

Any of the Official Employees here can help.  However, you should never Private Message anyone, including an OE, unless it is requested.

 

You can post your issue here, leaving out any personal identifying information.

Internet Pricing

Hi,

 

My 12 months intro rate is ending/ended. I can't afford to pay the full rate for the internet speed I was receiving. Is it possibel to receive a slower rate so I can stay within my budget? Thanks.

I have a similar situation. In fact my current contract as compared to the advertised Xfinity Saver XL Double Play

is $10 less than my promotional 1yr rate and is being provided for 2yrs... I'm feeling kinda ripped off.
