I keep having service outages and interruptions when we buy pay per views as well when we really want to watch live sports.
After contacting support multiple times and having the same response is there any way to get out of our contract? Because we have been paying on time our full bill and we are not receiving our service. It keeps going out for hours till even the next day. If your service reps cannot help what is the point of keeping this contract.
What is the "same response"? Have you requested a tech to come check things out?
