I have spent over 6 hours on the phone with Comcast agents since the end of January. I was promised a reduced rate to my plan if I signed a 2 year contract. I agreed to the terms however my bill never got changed. I call back every month to try and get it adjusted but it never does. I have been promised over $100 in fee’s and correction to hit my account but they never come in. Each time I call I receive a ticket number and promise that it will get fixed but it never does. Honestly, Comcast is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
