Why Comcast doesn't let us know that there are better options to our package by just adding $15 to $20? I feel like they been robbing me for over 7 years when I got the newest plan. I inquired recently about the $62 I have been paying for only 25mbps and the person told me that the price for 3 times the speed was just a few dollars more. I do not want to be with a company that doesn't communicate or wants to keep their old clients. Looking around for a new provider.
