For months now i've been trying to adjust my current services by using the online account, however have been getting the same
"We're sorry, it looks like you'll need some help completing your order. Please call us at 1-877-680-7173 and we can help."
as other users. I called in and WASTED an hour of my evening with tech support to resolve this, and had it elevated to the "national service center", as they never saw this issue. Come to find out, with a little research on my end, that Comcast puts this message up to get subscribers to call in and get sold on new services. This is totally unacceptable. Who else has been getting this? Anyone from Comcast here who knows when these dirty tactics will be "resolved" with a proper site to browse services available??
