Comcast pedestal

I don't want the pedestal moved. I want it burried in a utility box. It can stay in the easement. When verizon came through and installed their service lines thats what they used. After having searched the site it is easy to see that the pedestals being in the way of paying customers is a very reoccurring theme. Is it that hard to have done? Especially for a long term customer as myself.
