Comcast is stealing my money and is fine with it.

Can somebody  help me resolve my billing issue.  I requested unlimited data   on 1/1/18 via online chat. On 5/3/2018 , I  called in after going over old bills and releaize it was never added.  I was charged $260 dollars extra dollars for overages.

Been trying to get this issue resolved for a month via phones calls and been getting the run around.

I been given the following excuses.

  1.   Was told I waited too late which I am not sure how that makes sense . They could of at least corrected my previous bill if I was too late for the older bills (Feb , March).
  2. The phone support can't see chat logs .
  3. Insuaated that I was lying about ever talking to the online rep.

Is there anybody that  can  resolve this issue. I have   multiple  tickets escalated  and closed with one of the following excuses above.
