Can somebody help me resolve my billing issue. I requested unlimited data on 1/1/18 via online chat. On 5/3/2018 , I called in after going over old bills and releaize it was never added. I was charged $260 dollars extra dollars for overages.
Been trying to get this issue resolved for a month via phones calls and been getting the run around.
I been given the following excuses.
Is there anybody that can resolve this issue. I have multiple tickets escalated and closed with one of the following excuses above.
