I was paying 29 a month for my service. It has now increased to 49 a month. I can no longer afford this price, and will have to cancel my service. How can I get my bill to stay at the price it was? I like my service but have no choice to cancel it as I can't afford anything but the price I was paying at 29 a month. What should I do?
Also, this is the most basic package for 50$ a month. That is more than competitors in the area. I see that they are offering the 29$ a month to new comcast customers, so why not let me keep this price if it means not canceling service?
