Comcast has no loyalty to exiting cutomers

Funny how ComacastShane keeps telling people to private message him, but there is a posting from last August saying "..private messaging has been disabled for new forum users".  I give up.  No one really wants to help.


I have been with Comcast for 12 years and they refuse to lower my bill for TV only.  Really happy I do not use Xfinity for internet.  good bye comcast.
