Comcast, Xfinity, Time Warner, different names same attitude!!

I've been trying to get me bill adjusted to reflect the lack of service that I had for the months of December and January and I've been met with resistance and horrible customer service since day 1. The billing department is outsourced over seas and they are horrible at their jobs. They insult customers and mock their problems and I was even called a credit hunter by a supervisor right before he hung the phone up in my face.

Hi Tamaraletoya -- I can help with your billing issue. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either phone number or account number for authentication. I will also need a summary of what was wrong with your service during those months as I will need to verify that there was a problem.
