After spending an hour this morning on the phone with tech support reseting boxes and checking status I wondered down to the pole where my cable line comes into my house, and came across the fact that where there had formally been a TEE connecting my neighbors and my house to the sercive at the pole, there is now a strait through and a comcast tech tho came out to fix my neighbors cable just left my house disconected! Since this is the only medium I can find to send a picture to comcast directly figured I would post it here to vent my frustration...
