Comcast Support not being honest with me the customer. Alvin wa

I called Comcast last night 12/11/17
around 8pm talked to Alvin & after 1/2 hour or so decided I needed someone to come to our house...he told me a tech would be to our house between 12-3. No one came so I did call the # back today to find out he didn't even put in an order request. We cancelled Dr's appt to be here and HE DIDN'T EVEN PUT IN A REQUEST!!! I am pretty irate now and would like to have this straightened out.
