Comcast Bill

I have tried multiple ways to get my bill fixed -- prior email, chat, telephone, and finally snail mail to the local Comcast office with copies of my April and May bills. I want it fixed as soon as possible.

I was billed in both April and May for a $9.95 HD technology fee. After I got the April bill, a Comcast technician came out and removed the HD item said my next bill would not reflect the $9.95 charge. Well, the May bill came along with that $9.95 charge again.

I am not sure if the technician turned in the box correctly on my behalf but that is beyond my control. I want that charge removed from the May bill  and from future bills. As you will note, my May bill has a $9.96 balance. I do not plan to pay for a service I no longer have.

The customer should not have to spend literally hours to straight out such a simple matter. Please confirm that everything has been taken care of.

Thank you, Daphne Poblete

Re: Comcast Bill

Comast billing is a joke.

I was being charged for the DTA that I was suppose to get free per their letter.

Always keep letters from them as proof.

They take the charge off, but then two months later decided to charge me for a second DTA.

I had to return their first DTA, because it was DOA on arrival. Yet apparently they have no evidence that I returned it. I only have proof of being issued the second DTA. I should have insisted on getting a receipt of the return of the first DTA.

Bunch of jokers. They can run their business so poorly because they are a virtual monopoly.
