Collections account

I paid off the balance owed over a year ago and currently have Comcast services. However when I check my credit report it still shows I owe that and it says it’s uodated every 7 days. So Comcast is not letting the collections agency know it’s paid. And no number works to call Comcast directly for collections. This is absolutely ridiculous.
