Collection account

for some reason i have a collection account with comcast but i actually have my first account with comcast right now so i dont understand how i have a totally different account & ive disputed it mutiple times but it still remains & it was opened before i was even old enough to open an account, can i please have some assistance?

In the body of this message please verify your first and last name, street address including city state and zip code, and the account number or phone number associated with your services. 


If possible, please also submit a screenshot of what is reporting on your credit from Comcast. Chat with you soon.
