Claim for damage to home

We have just discovered that when our service was installed, the service person who installed the internet cable coming into the house, drilled through a drain pipe. We have water damage in the wall, and in the subflooring, not to mention having to replace the plumbing pipe. I need to know what I need to do about filing a claim, because I have some pretty extensive damage from this.

Thanks
