Check phone inventory at local store

It is remarkable and very disappointing that it appears to be impossible to call a local store to check whether they have a particular phone in stock. It's also surprising that you can't check the store's inventory online. Very inconvenient and a situation that Comcast nees to remedy soon.

Hi RipUVA,  apologies for the inconvenience but the only way to know if a phone is in stock is by going in to the Comcast store. You can also place your order online as well.
