Chat Transcript



I was chatting with an Xfinity representative whose name was John Paul around 11:45-12pm EST on 5/24/18 and when the chat was over and I clicked on the icon to save the chat transcript, it made the chat disappear and now I am unable to see it again or save it.  Is there a way for me to get a copy of the chat transcript still?

We (Forums) are not the same as chat agents and don't have access to provide copies. I may be able to see a transcript and very what was said, but won't have a way to print or send a copy to you. If you need further assistance, send me a private message by clicking on my name, "ComcastChe" then click private message me.
