Does anyone know how to get Chat to work?  It keeps giving me an error for incorrect phone number. But guess what????  There is NO PHONE NUMBER FIELD to fill out! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I am a bit frustrated. After calling at 8:45 this evening and arguing with the automated system until 9:04.......offices close at 9

MEnTONY, thanks for reaching out. Have you tried clearing cache and cookies? Either way, I can help you here with any service related issues. What is going on?
