Charged over 2 months after canceling service

I got charged over 2 months after cancelling my service and they said it was a remaining balance. Why didn't they charge this to my account with my last bill? I have had SO many problems with this company, I will never use them again

Were you in a contract at the time you canceled your service?  If so, are those fees early termination fees?

Did you return your equipment right after cancelling?
