Charged for returned equipment... Like so many other people.

Need assistance from someone at Corporate that can rectify an issue related to returned equipment and being charged for it from almost 2 years ago.

 

Who do I contact now that the normal chain of support people cannot do anything (though there is complete documentation of it being returned)?

Hi, zman9119 - I can review your account and check the unreturned equipment charges. Please send me a private message and include your full name, the account holder's name and address as it listed on the billing statement, a phone or an account number. Click on my name ComcastElla, then click Private Message Me.
