Charged for an equipment that I neither ordered nor used

Hi, I just received a box from you that I never ordered. Out of curiosity, I want online to check my bills and there - I am being charged $10/mo for the equipment that I have been left at my doorstep without me ever asking for it. I never ordered the equipment as I have my own good equipment that I use. 

So far, the service has been good but this incidence has lost my trust. Please kindly remove the additional charges for the equipment (I have not even opened the box). 

Also, when I called the support, they tell me "To stop additional charges, please return the equipment to the nearest office". Really? I will now have to take several hours out of my work day, pay for uber and go through this process to return something that I have not ordered in the first place? Come on guys!

Anyways, please let me know what would be the best route to get the charges removed because I can get only machine answer the line.
