Charged Twice

I paid my bill yesterday from my mobile app and I see that it was processed. Why now am I seeing another charge for the same amount pending from my account again and now my mobile app is showing credited that amount? Why would you take another payment after I already paid the bill?

Hi Rebaw1823. I can help review your account's billing to see why there may have been two payments pending. Please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can access your account.
