Charged For Pass, No Access

I have used Comcast in the past through subscription household service for years. I haven’t had hard wired service to my home since late 2017. I just tried to buy a month long Xfinity WiFi pass online for $54.95. It said that there was an error processing my request numerous times and still won’t let me access the internet. When I check my account, it says that I don’t have any active passes. While this is frustrating, my main issue is that Comcast did actually charge me the $54.95 for a pass. This feels like a terrible scam. Do not buy a pass through Xfinity, the WiFi service is terrible to begin with and they won’t give you access anyway! I’m going to contest this charge as their customer service isn’t available at this time.
