Changing the name on the user account

So my grandmother passed away on Saturday. Her name was on the account.
But I paid for the service for the entire accounts life. It was my service really we had comcast since 2003 she put it on her name since I was 22. It's just hard seeing her name right now if we can't ok.

Pharrell-- Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, if the account is in her name you would need to go in person to your local XFINITY store to have it changed. There will be some documentation needed to change the account into your name.
