Changing service

I am wanting to change my service to internet only. However each time I try it online it says I have to call in. I have called in 3 times and seems to get a run around to different departments. 

I just want to go to internet only. Also I if I do switch can I keep my same modem (leased from xfinity) and avoid losing service interruption?

No need to call in. I can help review your account for internet only offers that are available in your area. To protect the privacy of your account, please send me a private message verifying your first and last name, the phone number, street address including city state and zip code, and the account number associated with your services. I can give you a definite answer about your modem after I'm able to review your account.
